I built my career in Central Texas after teaching overseas for over a decade. That experience taught me patience, clear communication, and how to guide people through complex situations with confidence.

When I transitioned to real estate, I quickly discovered that probate and inherited property sales were where I could make the biggest difference. Most agents avoid these transactions because they're complicated. I leaned into them because I saw families struggling without proper guidance.
